The Belvedere Hotel

WFM Electrical Services was engaged as the electrical subcontractor for Stage 3 of The Belvedere Hotel. Working under head contractor Rohrig QLD Pty Ltd, WFM delivered the complete electrical services package for this major licensed venue redevelopment on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

Stage 3 involved significant demolition of existing services and the full electrical fitout across two levels and a rooftop, encompassing a diverse range of hospitality spaces including a Public Bar, Sunset Bar, Cocktail Lounge, Private Dining Room, Pizzeria, commercial kitchen, gaming room, and a Rooftop Bar with associated outdoor terraces. The project also included external feature lighting, a new main switchboard, five distribution boards, two commercial kitchen distribution boards, communication systems, and extensive low-level decorative lighting throughout the various venue areas.

WFM completed the works through to commissioning, testing, and handover of as-constructed documentation, with the project commencing October 2022 and attaining substantial completion November 2023.
