Stuartholme School

WFM Electrical Services was engaged as the electrical sub-contractor for the Upper Primary Precinct at Stuartholme School. Working under head contractor Armstrong Building, WFM delivered a full-scope electrical, communications, dry fire, access control, security, audio visual and hearing augmentation package for the new two-level Junior School building, which houses staff offices, general learning areas (GLAs), and student amenities.

The works included installation of new fire-rated sub-mains and significant alterations to the existing site main switchboard. WFM delivered a complete electrical fitout fully integrated with the school’s existing infrastructure — including the Frontrow PA/bell system, SALTO access control, and Integriti intruder detection platforms.

The project required close coordination with structural, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and lift services trades, as well as ongoing liaison with the school to minimise disruption to operations. An energy metering system and provision for a future 45kW solar PV installation were also included. WFM completed the works through to full commissioning, testing, as-constructed documentation, and handover of Operation & Maintenance manuals.
