St Joseph’s College Gregory Terrace

WFM Electrical Services was engaged as the electrical subcontractor for the Pindari Primary Precinct at St Joseph’s College Gregory Terrace (SJGT). Working under head contractor Rohrig (Qld) Pty Ltd, WFM delivered the complete electrical package for a new multi-storey primary school building on the existing inner-city campus.

The new Pindari building spans six occupied levels plus a roof level, accommodating general learning areas, specialist rooms for drama and music, administration and staff collaboration areas, a canteen, and a connecting link to the existing Waterford building on campus. Given the school’s inner-city location, the project required careful coordination around traffic management, material deliveries, and Working with Children requirements for all personnel on site.

WFM’s scope covered the complete electrical fitout from sub-mains through to lighting, power, communications, dry fire, and lightning protection. The project involved partial decommissioning of existing services in demolition zones, and integration of new dry fire systems.
