Rohrig
WFM Electrical Services was engaged as the electrical sub-contractor for Stage 1 of the new St Bonaventure’s College campus at Flagstone, Queensland.
Working under head contractor Rohrig (QLD) Pty Ltd, WFM delivered a full-scope electrical, communications, access control, security, public address, audio visual and hearing augmentation package across multiple buildings including the Administration & Library, Sports Hall, Early Years, Middle Years, OSHC, and associated car parks.
The works encompassed the complete electrical installation from incoming mains supply — including coordination with Energex for a new transformer and HV reticulation — through to all internal fitout systems. WFM self-performed a broad range of services across power, lighting, communications, security, and specialist systems.
The project required close coordination with structural, mechanical, hydraulic, and civil trades, and included significant underground infrastructure, external lighting, and provisional works for future stages of the college development. WFM completed the works through to full commissioning, testing, as-constructed documentation, and handover of Operation & Maintenance manuals.
