All Hallows School

WFM Electrical Services was engaged as the electrical subcontractor for the All Hallows School — Callaghan Place, Jagera Walk & Scholars’ Centre project at 501 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley. Working under head contractor Rohrig (QLD) Pty Ltd, WFM delivered the complete electrical, communications, and security package across a multi-building campus redevelopment for one of Brisbane’s most prominent Catholic girls’ schools.

The project comprised three separable parts: a full internal refurbishment of the existing three-level Callaghan Place building, including new general learning areas, staff workspaces, seminar rooms, and amenities; a new standalone examination space Scholars’ Centre, accommodating a large examination hall, inclusive learning rooms, student breakout areas, and staff facilities; and a new prefabricated Jagera Walk pedestrian bridge spanning Dodge Lane to connect Callaghan Place with the adjacent Scholars’ Centre.

The project involved significant demolition and make-good of existing electrical services across all levels of the Callaghan Place building, as well as a full electrical fitout of the new Scholars’ Centre and Jagera Walk. Works were carried out within a live, occupied school environment with careful sequencing to minimise disruption to school operations.

WFM commenced on site in August 2025, achieving practical completion in July 2026.
