WFM Electrical Services was engaged as the electrical subcontractor for the Llewellyn Springfield Vicinity Motors development. Working under head contractor Rohrig (Qld) Pty Ltd for principal Springfield City Group, WFM delivered the complete electrical package across two new car dealership buildings, Building A – Toyota, Building B – Subaru GMSV & GWM Showrooms (Buildings A and B), associated carparking, and a private road network.
Building A comprises a multi-level dealership with lower ground and ground floor levels, incorporating a vehicle showroom, workshop, parts areas and staff amenities. Building B is a two-level dealership with ground floor and mezzanine, featuring a main vehicle showroom, sales offices, boardroom, café, and technician amenities. Both buildings required a new Energex padmount substation, with WFM managing all HV conduit and transformer pit infrastructure.
The project included a significant external works package encompassing site-wide underground reticulation, carpark and street lighting, and EV charger infrastructure across both dealerships. Works commenced in May 2025 with substantial completion targeted for June 2026.
