Argyle

WFM Electrical Services was engaged by Tom Dooley Developments as the electrical, automation, and audio visual sub-contractor for The Argyle — a premium boutique residential development in New Farm, Brisbane. The project comprises 13 luxury apartments across multiple levels, including a Heritage House (Lot 13), two private pool and spa facilities, a shared Retreat & Spa, basement carparking, and river-level access to a private pontoon.

WFM’s scope was one of the most comprehensive on the project, encompassing the complete electrical installation from incoming Energex supply through to apartment fitout, combined with a full design and construct home automation and audio visual package. All 13 apartments were delivered with CBUS and Control4 automation systems, enabling residents to control lighting, air conditioning, intercom, CCTV, window furnishings, and multi-zone music from in-wall touch panels and mobile devices.

The project required a high degree of buyer-specific customisation, with each apartment configured to individual owner selections across AV packages, security systems, and specialty inclusions. Electrical services were designed and documented by WSP Australia, with WFM holding design and construct responsibility for the automation, AV, wireless network, and MATV systems.
