Flagstone District Community Centre

WFM Electrical Services was engaged as the electrical subcontractor for the construction of the new Flagstone District Community Centre. Working under head contractor IQ Construct, WFM delivered a full-scope package covering electrical, audio visual, security, communications, dry fire, and solar PV services for the new single-storey, 900m² community facility.

The building was designed by Fulton Trotter Architects and includes associated infrastructure, landscaping, and a new car park. A notable feature of the project was the inclusion of a solar PV system, for which WFM held full design and construct responsibility. WFM completed the works through to practical completion in November 2025, including full commissioning, testing, and handover of as-constructed documentation.
